Woohoo! JCPenney is bringing back the FREE Haircuts promo they did around Back to School time!

Starting in November, Kids ages 6-12 will be able to get their haircuts for FREE on Sundays!

You may want to call ahead and schedule an appointment, because I bet these spots will fill up fast!
